A New Landmark Rises: Celebrating Johor’s First Hakka Tulou Clubhouse, D’HUB 360
It was a moment of immense pride for PH WORLD as we unveiled D’HUB 360, Johor’s pioneering Hakka Tulou-inspired clubhouse, at D’Art Hills Residence in Bukit Seni, Kulai. We were honored to share this special occasion with our key business partners, whose support has been instrumental in our journey.
This architectural gem is not only a visual triumph but also an award-winning one, having secured the Best Clubhouse Design award at the 2023 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia). Furthermore, its sustainable design has been recognized with a GBI Silver certification and a GreenRE Gold pre-assessment, reflecting our dedication to eco-friendly development.

During the celebration, our Founder and Group Executive Chairman, Datuk Wira David Pang, reflected on the group’s success. He announced that PH WORLD achieved an annual revenue of over RM 1 billion in 2024 and detailed the strategic rebranding into five dynamic divisions: Property, Palm Oil, Mining, Eco Innovation, and Hospitality.
