D’Home Referral Reward – Policy

D' Home Referral Rewards

This is a referral programme applicable to the D’Art Nature Home project in Iskandar Puteri, where any individual who introduces a family member or friend (who is not an existing PH World Property purchaser) will be eligible for the reward. This campaign is valid for Prospect Registration and sales booking submitted before 31 August 2026*, and the SPA must be signed by 30 September 2026 to qualify for the Referral Reward.

     1. Eligibility
The PH World Property Referral Programme (“Programme”) is open to any individual aged eighteen (18) years and above who has genuine customer referrals (“Referrer”).

Sales & Marketing Employees of PH World Property Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate unless otherwise approved in writing by PH World Property Sdn Bhd.

  1. Campaign Period

The Programme is valid from 1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026, unless otherwise extended or terminated by PH World Property Sdn Bhd. The referred customer must sign SPA by 30th September 2026.

  1. Eligible Project

The Programme applies only to the following project: D’Art Nature Home, Iskandar Puteri

  1. Referrer’s Responsibilities

The Referrer shall provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information, including but not limited to full name, contact number, IC number, bank account number.

The Referrer shall not use false identities, fake personal information or misleading information during registration. Any fraudulent registration may result in immediate disqualification from the Programme.

  1. Establishment of Referral Relationship

The Referrer must submit the prospective purchaser’s details at least one (1) day before the purchaser places a booking.

The Referrer shall not be a purchaser and joint purchaser of the referred property. Any such referral shall be deemed invalid and shall not be eligible for any referral commission.

If two (2) or more Referrers submit the same customer, only the first successfully submitted referral record shall be recognised and eligible for the referral commission, provided all Programme requirements are fulfilled. However, this shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis should the purchaser dispute the authenticity/validity of the referral.

In the event of any dispute regarding the referral relationship, PH World Property Sdn Bhd’s records shall prevail. Where necessary, the referred customer’s declaration shall be final.

  1. Referral Incentive

The Referral Incentive shall only be payable upon PH World Property Sdn Bhd’s receipt of the first disbursement or direct collection, amounting to ten percent (10%) of the SPA purchase price for the referred purchase, and shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s prevailing payment policy.

PH World Property Sdn Bhd reserves the right to withhold, reject or cancel any referral incentive if:

  • False or misleading information has been provided;
  • The referral does not satisfy the Programme requirements;
  • Fraud, abuse or manipulation of the Programme is detected; or
  • The Referrer breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  1. Privacy

All personal information collected from Referrers and referred customers shall be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws. Such information will only be used for purposes relating to this Programme and PH World Property Sdn Bhd’s sales and marketing activities.

  • PH World Property Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Programme and/or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by PH World Property Sdn Bhd shall be final and binding.

Registration Disclaimer

By registering as a Referrer, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have provided true, complete and accurate personal information.
  • Any referral commission that cannot be processed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you shall be your sole responsibility.
  • PH World Property Sdn Bhd reserves the right to verify all information submitted before any referral commission is released.
  • By submitting a referral, you confirm that the referred customer has consented to the disclosure of his/her personal information to PH World Property Sdn Bhd for the purposes of this Referral Programme.


You hereby acknowledge that you have read and accept the PDPA* and T&C prior to submitting this referral registration

    You hereby confirm that the information provided above is true and agree that PH World Property Sdn Bhd and/or the PH World Group (hereinafter referred to as “the Companies”) may collect, obtain, store, and process your Personal Data provided in this Form for the following purposes:
  • The sale and purchase transaction; and
  • To implement the relevant transaction(s) that I/we may have with the Companies; and
  • To receive updates, news, and promotional and marketing materials from the Companies.


By submitting this Form, you hereby give your consent to the Companies to:

  1. a) store and process your Personal Data; and
  2. b) disclose your Personal Data to relevant governmental authorities or third parties where required by law, or as necessary for the purposes stated in this Form or for legal purposes.


For the purpose of updating or correcting such data, you may at any time apply to the Companies to access your Personal Data which is stored by them.

For the avoidance of doubt, “Personal Data” shall include all data as defined under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), including all data that I/we have disclosed to the Companies in this Form.
