In a heartfelt address, our Founder and Group Executive Chairman Datuk Wira David Pang highlighted the profound cultural significance of D’HUB 360. “To me, this Clubhouse is iconic and very meaningful. Its design is inspired by the traditional Hakka Tulou in Fujian, China. Being a Hakka myself, I am incredibly proud that PH World has achieved this milestone of building the first Hakka Tulou in Johor,” he shared. This unique architectural masterpiece stands as a symbol of the group’s commitment to integrating heritage with modern luxury.
