The Green Home Financing Guarantee Programme provides eligible purchasers of PH World’s Double Storey Courtyard Home series with a financing solution designed to lower the initial barrier to homeownership while promoting sustainable living. The structure offers:
Up to 100% financing of the property price.
An additional 10% for mortgage insurance (e.g., MRTA/CLTA).
