PHWorld is proud to announce that its Palm Division has officially entered into a strategic Biogas Supply Agreement with Gas Malaysia Green Ventures Sdn Bhd. This landmark partnership marks a transformative milestone in our sustainability journey, directly advancing our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) excellence and our long-term goal of achieving Net Zero carbon emissions.

This collaboration is the culmination of over a decade of growth and innovation within PHWorld. By leveraging biogas—a renewable energy source captured from palm oil mill effluent (POME)—we are turning waste into a valuable resource. This agreement is more than a contract; it is a commitment to powering our operations with cleaner energy and contributing positively to Malaysia’s green energy grid.

The ceremonial signing was held on November 29, 2025, at the state-of-the-art Centralized Biomethane Injection Station in Kluang, Johor. The event was graced by key leaders from both organizations, symbolizing a unified vision for a greener industrial future.

The signing was performed by PH World Founder & Group Executive Chairman, Datuk Wira David Pang, and PH World Palm Oil Managing Director & CEO, Stanley Pang, together with Chairman of Gas Malaysia Green Ventures Sdn Bhd, Mohd Shariff Lubis, and CEO of Gas Malaysia Green Ventures Sdn Bhd, Mohd Zahir Muda.
