Who We Are
PH World Property Sdn Bhd is the property division of PH World with its principal activity in property development. We are an award winning property developer, which has developed multiple landed residential, commercial and industrial projects in Johor since 1993.
Recognizing the potential to improve the built environment and the standard of living of the local community in 1995, we expanded to the property development business. PH World Property Division consists of the property development and construction businesses of PH World. We are the creators and lead designers of various iconic residential and commercial developments across Johor.
How We Work
We believe in innovating and pushing the boundaries of creating well-designed and quality real estate that enhances the standard of living of the local communities. We care about every details of our developments. Hence, we take a hands-on approach to carefully manage the development process from planning to construction.
