Officially incorporated as Pang Hock Constructions Sdn Bhd in 1975 with infrastructure construction as its main nature of business.
1990
Pang Hock Constructions Sdn Bhd became one of the biggest privately owned local infrastructure contractor in Johor.
1993
Expanded to Property Development and develop our maiden project Taman Beringin, Senai, Johor.
1998
Pioneer the first three generation lifestyle terrace homes in Kulai with 6 bedrooms at Taman Gunung Pulai, Kulai, Johor.
2007
Pioneer one of the first modern and contemporary architectural landed homes design in Johor at Taman Tropika, Kulai, Johor.
2011
As part of our CSR initiative, to inculcate the appreciation of art in Malaysia, Property Division collaborated with our Hospitality Division to create the first privately owned non-profitable Art Museum in Malaysia, PP Art Museum located in Senai, to display our over 500 privately owned art collections to public. The privately owned art collections consists of art collections from reputable first generation Malaysian artists and International artists.
Property Division also conducted its R&D activities inside it to experiment with new building technologies and green features, to find innovative and effective technologies and features to incorporate inside our property development projects that improves the quality of living of our residents.
PP Art Museum is also awarded GreenRE Building Bronze Certification in 2014 for incorporating green and eco-friendly features in the building.
2013
Invented our new guiding development philosophy Art. Nature. People, which are 3 essential elements that we incorporate in all our residential development projects which improves the quality of living of our residents.
2020
Reinvented the design of a landed cluster home at D’Art 18 Collection III @ Taman Tropika. It is awarded the Best Housing Architectural Design in Malaysia in 2020 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Malaysia.
2022
D'Art Hills Residence, Kulai
It is awarded the Best Landed Architectural Design & Best Clubhouse Design in 2023 during 10th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Malaysia.
